Erin go Bragh.

So, I had absolutely no idea that St. Patricks' day was on Wednesday. Mainly because everyone seemed to celebrate this grand Irish holiday over the weekend, it didn't occur to me when the actual occasion was. I think it's ironic that the biggest drinking day of the year falls on hump day (it makes me giggle).
So, I think Malia and I will have a green day on Wednesday. We'll learn a little about the Irish culture, maybe talk about leprechauns and eat lucky charms, green pancakes shaped like clovers for breakfast.  Then maybe a trip to the park, coloring and painting. We will definitely be wearing our green. How are you planning to spend St. Patrick's day, in the middle of the week?

Started the fourth season of Big Love, with a few Vegas friends. So far, I'm interested to see where they'll be taking this season but at the same time I am not sure if I'm going to like where it leads. A few of the characters seem a bit off mark this season and I'm interested to see if I'm right.

Working on The Guardian by Nicholas Sparks, once I FINALLY finish this book I'll be headed on to the whopper of a book This much I know is true by Wally Lamb -- it's for the book group, so hopefully I can read a lot more while running on the tread and kickin up dust bunnies on the elliptical.

Day One, of weight watchers, and I'm damned and determined to get rid of this extra baggage. It's a lot of self-esteem and even more for health and happiness. I think a lot of my crude is coming from my bad eating habits that I can't seem to curb. I love vegetables and fruits, so I need to start favoring those over some sugary delights.

So that's about it. Jake learned down today, rock on.
